Ferrari is seeking a talented Automotive Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team in Maranello. This role involves working on the design, development, and testing of Ferrari’s high-performance vehicles. You will collaborate with various teams to innovate and bring cutting-edge technology to Ferrari’s iconic models.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of automotive systems and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance
Perform detailed analysis and testing of automotive systems
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ferrari’s engineering processes
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in automotive engineering (preferably in high-performance or luxury vehicles)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
Passion for motorsport and Ferrari’s legacy
