You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring satisfaction and promoting the brand’s high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Provide excellent service by answering questions about products, orders, and services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers
Work with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
