Job Description:
FedEx Express is hiring Courier Drivers for their Brampton location. As a courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and business customers within your assigned route. This role requires excellent driving skills, good customer service, and the ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Drive a company vehicle to deliver packages safely and on time
Ensure proper handling of packages, ensuring they are delivered in excellent condition
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer signatures
Provide exceptional customer service to recipients
Ensure vehicle is in good working condition and perform basic maintenance checks
Follow all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (Class G or equivalent)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous driving or delivery experience is an asset
Must be able to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours
