1. Manage and control externalize category management projects with customers
•Utilize available data to develop category strategy and tactic
•Manage and implement category management project with customers
•Recommend assortment range and merchandising concept for each store format
•Ensure good relationship with customers to gain trust and maintain preferred supplier position with customers
•Ensure fair share of space compared to share of market

2. Strengthen sales team capability
• Update market situation and analysis
• Be the category advisor for sales team in term of POP Vision and Category strategies including promotion effectiveness and SKU rationalization
• Prepare in depth account analysis using POS data
• Prepare analysis of market situation
• Be the key contact person when coordinate with customers’ category management or merchandising team
• Special analysis upon request

3. Support internal team
• Support new product launch on Category Impact and Merchandising Guide
• Being customer advocate for assigned retailers

4. In-store visibility and share of shelf
• Ensure good visibility for company products in responsible accounts eg. Location on shelf, POSM & Decoration (Signage, bus stop, End-gon, Mid-Gon, Milk Zone, Baby Zone, etc.)


About you
• Shopper insight or Category management role is preferred.
• Expertise in Nielsen / EGG / CSmart / Shopify is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skill.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Strong leadership, planning, priority setting and time management.
• Proficient in space management and analysis software.
