Primary Purpose of the Job:
Assist the finance function with administrative tasks such as document filing, copying documents, gathering data, organizing information, analyzing reports, and generating reports.
Area of Accountabilities:
Keep track and monitor the monthly actual spending.
Review and follow up to get commentaries on the spending variances.
Assist in gathering data and organizing documentations.
Analyze data, report and follow up with other functions on data collection
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
About you
University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business (or currently pursuing)
Working experience with account and finance is a plus
Related experience with administrative tasks
Experience with SAP is a plus
Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working
Be able to communicate and write in English
