Job Description:
Philip Morris Switzerland is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with product quality standards and regulatory requirements. The candidate will join PMI’s renowned research facility in Neuchâtel.
Responsibilities:
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure product compliance.
Manage documentation of quality control processes.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues.
Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
Support regulatory compliance and certification activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance.
Proficient in French and English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
