Job Description: The Loom Collection, an Australian-owned, Dubai-based rapidly growing e-commerce furniture company, is seeking an Accountant/Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The role involves preparing procurement schedules, managing inventory levels, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth order processing between the office and warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Prepare procurement schedules and landed costs
Maintain Excel registers for company directors
Facilitate communication between office and warehouse
Oversee inventory levels and implement stock control measures
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
Assist in payment preparation and disbursement
Maintain and optimize the internal e-commerce platform
Update and enhance the company website
Qualifications:
Business degree in accounting or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
