Job Description:
Yamamoto Family Nursing Services is seeking foreign home caregivers to provide one-on-one care for elderly clients in their homes. The company specializes in placing caregivers with families needing full-time assistance for seniors.
Responsibilities:
Assist elderly clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor medication schedules and report health concerns to family members or nurses
Assist with mobility and daily exercise routines
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Caregiving or Nursing background preferred)
Experience in home care, hospital, or elderly care setting preferred
Willing to learn Japanese caregiving methods
Patience, kindness, and a strong work ethic
