Job Description:
Sakura Senior Care Center is hiring foreign caregivers to support elderly residents in a high-quality nursing home in Tokyo. This role involves assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being of senior citizens.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and meals
Provide mobility support and help prevent falls
Monitor residents' health and report changes to nurses
Engage seniors in recreational and therapeutic activities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in living areas
Qualifications:
TESDA NCII Caregiving Certificate preferred (for Filipino applicants)
High school graduate or nursing background
No prior experience required; training provided
Willingness to learn basic Japanese and caregiving techniques
