About the Job
Co-pilot with the senior management team of the SN Unit and support in defining a strategy by brand, and challenging consistency of fuel allocation and action plan with this strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Strategy / Strategic Vision Operational
The Business Controller for the SN Unit is responsible together with the cross-functional team to deliver profitable growth, in which s/he leads on top of ongoing animation of results
- Implement decision support tools and models aligned with business needs
- Provide added value analysis and proactive recommendations on profitable growth model for brands/channel/customer
Impact on Business Results Direct
Responsible to provide relevant insights, trends but also look into the future to support the SNU management team taking the right decision to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all categories.
Process & Projects Local First, BI-impulse, IRO/ D2D
Managerial Complexity Difficult
P&L responsibility for management of performance and expectations regarding the SNU, from GS till NPC

About you
Target Profile
• Connect inside/ outside; foster collaboration with commercial teams across different medical categories.
• A strong analytical mindset, able to filter and implement new innovative ways to drive ROI
• Highly engaging and uses different models to animate & drive business understanding
• Ability to impact full scope of P&L till NPC
• Education: Master degree in Business Economics, Finance
• Experience (in years): min 8y, experience in different Finance roles, Sales/Business Controlling is a plus
