Job Description

Responsibility for all preparation of pastry products while ensuring superior quality and standards.
Execution of daily operation with high volume.
Proactive support to the alignment with the concept (F&B) in the pastry operation, continuously leading the creative process.
Ability to create new products and guest experience.

Qualifications

Strong leadership skills to support the team with a hands-on approach and constant training.
Personality to position the pastry in the market as a leader in its category.
Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with the other areas of the hotel.
Provide general support and assistance when required.
