General Motors is hiring Machine Operators at its Lansing Grand River Assembly Plant to work in its manufacturing division. This position is essential in producing top-quality components for GM vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, presses, and robotic equipment
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
Maintain high production efficiency while meeting quality standards
Follow GM’s safety and operational protocols
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
