YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As MANAGER IBP (Integrated Business Planning), you will be responsible for the entire Integrated Business Planning process for all product categories in the combustible area for the German and Austrian markets. You will be responsible for the entire demand planning process, proactively identify problems and risks in the supply chain and develop solutions within the framework of PMI's global operations strategy.

Monitor the market's entire demand planning process for the product categories CIG, OTP, P5
Implementation of a standardized and disciplined IBP process for all relevant product categories, as well as monitoring of relevant KPIs (scorecard/PDCA)
Management of the entire IBP process (cross-departmental alignment of supply chain/finance/commercial, optimization of cash & cost, identification of risks and potentials, safeguarding of demand and supply)
Central contact person for PMI supply chain functions
Assume a key role in the management of product/portfolio tasks (e.g. line extensions, long tail, new pack formats, business cases) as well as pricing strategy
Market and competitor observation as well as derivation of appropriate recommendations for action


YOUR PROFILE:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance Business Planning or related fields
APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) are beneficial
At least 4-5 years of experience in the field of FMCG, electronics or medical devices with experience in forecasting, supply chain planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), finance and/or data analysis.
Proven leadership skills and strong empathy
Ability to work in a team, high motivation and enthusiasm
Mediation skills, decisiveness and holistic thinking
Quick comprehension as well as result-oriented and independent way of working with the ability to prioritize
Strong and confident communication skills at all levels
Excellent project management skills
Openness and courage for new things as well as the drive to optimize in a dynamically changing environment
System knowledge of SAP, MS Office (e.g. Power BI), Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (e.g. E2OPEN)
Very strong MS Office skills
Experience in Power-Bi, Value Stream Mapping, SAP MM (Material Management module) & SD (Sales & Distribution) or comparable tools desirable
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
