Role Purpose:
As the driving force behind a key eCommerce customer, this role is pivotal in spearheading the management and growth of Baby & Alpro within Amazon Core.
Key Activities:
Customer Profitability
Responsible for Net Sales, investment and customer profitability
Managing and delivering the annual, quarterly and monthly customer targets, driving profitable growth for both Danone and our customer
Proactively crafting and executing a dynamic Joint Business Plan that propels us towards our growth ambitions
Strategically optimizing the mix of brands/SKUs to maximize growth and profitability
Customer Strategies
Ensuring the customer strategy is aligned to the overall channel strategy
Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and delivering excellent execution on site
Able to foresee potential risks and through cross functional working, find solutions to mitigate before they arise
Creation and tracking of key targets (Availability & Assortment, On Site Search, Product Content, Rating & Reviews and Share of Voice) and adapting the plan where needed to meet joint plans
Promotional & Price Planning
Overseeing the promotional and pricing plans, ensuring these are aligned internally
Review return on investment internally and externally, tweaking the plans where relevant
Customer Engagement
Create and develop respected relationships with key customer contacts
Strive to be the undisputed 'supplier of choice' by mastering best-in-class practices and consistently exceeding expectations
Team Engagement & Development
Being an active member of the Digital Commerce team to ensure full funnel approach to Amazon
Drive project delivery by meticulously planning activities and desired outcomes, inspiring the team with the purpose behind each project, and providing hands-on coaching to overcome daily challenges
About you
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
Leadership expectations
Able to think beyond their own scope and take in the wider business needs when making decisions
Can manage the balance between the operational day to day and the long-term strategic thinking
Shows potential in developing their own leadership footprint and can lead through others
Manages a broad network internally and externally to support delivery
Functional capabilities
A good understanding of digital and E-comm platforms, in particular in depth experience of Amazon end to end
Ability to deliver a demand led Amazon AVN (annual negotiation)
Amazon AVS management knowledge, with understanding of day to day operations and ability to influence
Good understanding of Amazon Vendor Central
Strong questioning and listening skills
Able to demonstrate experience of well-prepared negotiations including scenario planning
Strong commercial acumen
Salary Bracket: £55k - £65k with a car allowance
