Job Description:
Panasonic is hiring Factory Workers to assist in electronics assembly and quality control at its production facility in Osaka. The company welcomes foreign applicants and provides support for visa applications and relocation.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery for assembling electronic components
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality control
Pack and label products for shipment
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Follow manufacturing guidelines and safety procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
Basic knowledge of English or Japanese (N5 minimum preferred)
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus, but not required
