Η Tesla αναζητά έναν έμπειρο Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό Σχεδιασμού, ο οποίος θα εργάζεται ως μέλος της ομάδας της Tesla με έδρα την Αθήνα. Αυτό το άτομο θα είναι μέλος μιας διεπιστημονικής ομάδας που σχεδιάζει τους κινητήρες από την αρχική σύλληψη έως τη μαζική παραγωγή.

What You’ll Do
Design stators, rotors, and assemblies: 3D CAD and 2D drawings.
Drive selection and development of:
Windings and electrical insulation
Magnets
Electrical steel
Shafts
Interconnections
Thermal Sensing
Lead the development of motors and their subcomponents from concept through to high volume production including:
Conceptual Design
DFMEA
Prototyping
Sourcing
Validation
PFMEA
Quality control
Cost reduction
Propose and experiment on new designs, technologies, and materials.
Identify and qualify suppliers of raw materials, components, and assemblies.

Προτείνετε και πειραματιστείτε σε νέα σχέδια, τεχνολογίες και υλικά.
Προσδιορίστε και αξιολογήστε τους προμηθευτές πρώτων υλών, εξαρτημάτων και συναρμολογήσεων.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing, 3D CAD, 2D drawings (CATIA is a plus).
Hands on experience in developing motors from concept to production.
Experience in DFMEA and PFMEA.
Evidence of exceptional ability.
Knowledge of structural and thermal FEA.
Automotive motor design expertise is considered a plus.
Bonus skills: Catia, NVH analysis, electromagnetics design, specification writing, plastic injection molding, bolted joint design.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups.

Μπόνους δεξιότητες: Catia, ανάλυση NVH, ηλεκτρομαγνητικός σχεδιασμός, σύνταξη προδιαγραφών, πλαστική χύτευση με έγχυση, σχεδιασμός βιδωτών συνδέσεων.
Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με την ικανότητα να συζητάτε οποιαδήποτε θέματα με ένα ευρύ φάσμα ατόμων και ομάδων.
