What to Expect
As a Store Supervisor at Tesla, you are an experienced and charismatic personality who confidently leads the employees in our stores. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the sales and delivery processes at your location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process as well as hiring, training and developing a dynamic sales team.
What You’ll Do
Business performance and development: Your day-to-day work will involve working with management to communicate and implement the vision, business requirements and strategies at your location
Operational excellence: You maintain an overview of the operational business and translate business requirements into actions on the ground. In doing so, you continuously drive improvements to enable exceptional team performance and outstanding customer service
People management: Demonstrate a hands-on approach by consistently coaching, training and developing employees at your location
Customer Care and Consulting: When customer escalations occur, you can quickly and effectively manage the situation and support your team with difficult customer issues to make decisions in the best interest of the customer while supporting Tesla's mission
Day-to-day business: Ensure your team is able to meet key sales objectives including but not limited to creating sales opportunities, scheduling test drives, maintaining a healthy/current pipeline with frequent follow-ups, as well as promoting new orders and all other pre-delivery activities to enable smooth deliveries and high customer satisfaction scores
What You’ll Bring
Experience: For this role you will have strong leadership experience and understanding of the business and products as well as proven experience in coaching and mentoring sales or operational functions. In addition, you have an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with very good knowledge of the local market
Language skills: You have strong communication skills and are business fluent in Polish and have a good command of English
Authorized: You have a valid work permit and have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years
Flexibility: You are also willing to support in the evenings and at weekends
