The Account Manager will be responsible for proactively selling to medium-sized corporate clients in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with these clients and managing the full end-to-end customer journey.

What You’ll Do
You meet all sales objectives to drive Telsla’s mission by reaching out proactively to medium-sized corporates within the Czech Republic that have not referred to Tesla yet. You are doing that by operating with a real “hunter” mentality, with high activity levels to stimulate demand
You own the relationship for medium-sized corporate clients within the Czech Republic; not only educating them about our company and our vehicle offerings but ensuring a great customer journey throughout and by driving their success while acting as a facilitator to meet their needs
You leverage existing leasing company relationships to grow sales within the medium-sized corporate segment
You actively partner with the Sales Lead to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of Business-to-Business sales within the Czech Republic and manage your part in the overall business plan by working with other departments
You develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions. You also conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis


What You’ll Bring
You bring experience in Business-to-Business or commercial sales with proven track record to meet and exceed targets and goals and a dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations
You are a self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
You possess the strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines. You take ownership and operate with first principle thinking
You can develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with and act as an advocate for your customers and colleagues
You are a strong team-player, driven and passionate about Tesla’s mission
You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Czech and English
You have a valid driving license
