Job Description:
Global IT Solutions Japan is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to corporate clients across Japan. This role is ideal for foreigners with an IT background who want to gain international experience in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site IT support for software, hardware, and networking issues
Troubleshoot system problems, diagnose software issues, and provide solutions
Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers
Assist in software installations, upgrades, and security updates
Collaborate with Japanese teams and clients to deliver excellent IT service
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
Experience with Windows/Linux troubleshooting
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English required; Japanese (N4 or above) is a plus
