Job Description:
Ford Motor Company is hiring Production Line Workers to join the manufacturing team at our Louisville Assembly Plant. This role involves working on the production line to assemble high-quality vehicles while maintaining Ford’s safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble vehicle parts following standardized work procedures
Operate and maintain production machinery
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required
