Job Description: Tesla is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer for the Expansion Battery Module team at Gigafactory Nevada. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to support the production of battery modules. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop manufacturing equipment and processes for battery module production.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing equipment design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
