Job Description:
Ford Motor Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our production facility in Louisville, KY. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems
Collaborate with production teams to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes
Document maintenance activities and report issues to management
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Experience with PLC programming and automation systems is a plus
Ability to work shifts and weekends as needed
