Job Description: Recovery Lab Wellness Center is seeking a professional and courteous Female Front Desk Receptionist fluent in both Arabic and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, and providing information about the center's services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
Answer incoming phone calls and handle client inquiries.
Provide accurate information about spa treatments and services.
Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the wellness or spa industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a calm and organized environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
