As a Procurement Manager Global Warehousing Logistics Cell,you will be supporting & guiding the Logistics Warehouse Procurement buyers to implement best-in-class sourcing practices, procurement processes and contractual clauses through the E2E procurement cycle. You will be working very closely with the local, regional and global team in Cycles & Procurement. You will also partner closely with the Operations counterpart to ensure that mutual responsibilities are managed together with the local Cycles & Procurement team. You will also lead the delivery of top-quality contracts that align with the company's vision of achieving a 9% logistics cost/net sale, maximizing overall value creation & minimizing risks, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will also

Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement practices and tendering processes.

Provide buyers with tools, playbooks, and KPIs to drive efficiency in the procurement cycle.

Share best practices, innovations, and solutions globally for re-application.

Support the rollout of category-specific tools and processes.

Collaborate with finance to gather data for the quarterly forecast process.

Conduct benchmarking to stay informed about market practices and trends in warehouse operations, and share these insights globally.

Advocate for innovation, sustainability, and diversity in sourcing strategies and procurement approaches.

Develop and animate the category network, establishing cross-country and regional collaborations to drive best practices and solutions.

About you
To excel in this role, you need a deep understanding of logistics procurement, specifically in the warehousing and pallet categories, with a good understanding of the operational aspects of these 2 subcategories. You should also be knowledgeable of the various contract models used in these categories.

You also have

5-7 years of experience in procurement.

3-4 years of experience in procurement logistics & process excellence, preferably in a Warehouse scope.

Experience with Logistics contracts across Warehousing.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Ability to successfully operate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

Analytical & Fundamental IT skills.

Legal knowledge in contracting and Procurement clauses.
