Job Description: RAFFLES Doha is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of all F&B operations across the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, manage budgets, and lead a diverse team of F&B professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of F&B outlets.
Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management within luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of international F&B trends and luxury service standards.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
