Job Description:
Nestlé Saudi Arabia is hiring a Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations at our Jeddah manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet business objectives
Ensure compliance with Nestlé's quality, food safety, and environmental standards
Lead and manage production teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
Optimize resources, costs, and efficiency to achieve production targets
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to enhance plant efficiency
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure health & safety policies are strictly followed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (preferably in the FMCG or food industry)
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
Experience with automation systems and SAP
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
