Job Description:
Nestlé Saudi Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our logistics team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely inventory movements, and maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Ensure compliance with Nestlé safety, quality, and operational standards
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
Work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure seamless operations
Optimize warehouse space and improve efficiency in storage and retrieval processes
Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse performance and inventory control
Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations
Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
