Job Description: The Quality Control Technician is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of seafood products throughout the processing stages. This role involves conducting inspections, implementing quality standards, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing routine quality checks on products
Documenting and reporting any quality issues
Collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
Degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field
Experience in quality control within the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
