Your ‘day to day’
We are seeking a dedicated executive to lead office and workplace related workstreams at Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for providing comprehensive administrative support across various functions which includes managing and supervising the office administrative team such as receptionist and tea lady. Responsibilities include:
Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of office facilities with vendor. Coordinate and manage facility projects to ensure timely completion, including the management of vendor relationships, and support any upgrading and/or renovation works.
Administrative Tasks: Undertake commercial administrative tasks, including Purchase Order creation and administrative support for the commercial team.
Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Support: Implement EHS safeguards for work-related activities to prevent workplace injuries and environmental damage, and coordinate EHS training.
Fleet Management: Liaise with fleet vendors to ensure uninterrupted services, manage fleet budgets, and handle fleet-related incidents.
Reporting and Records Retention: Provide timely reporting on fleet and facility matters, analyze data for improvements, and manage records retention.
Office Events: Support the organization office events to foster a positive work environment.
Who we’re looking for
College/Diploma/University graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration/facilities management.
Attention to details. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Good command of English (verbal/ written).
