Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled AC and Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems within our hotel’s staff accommodation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently
Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety regulations
Maintain logs and records of maintenance work performed
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system performance
Requirements:
Technical certification or diploma in HVAC/refrigeration
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
