Job Description:
Marriott Marquis City Center Doha is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to ensure an outstanding first impression for our valued guests. As part of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for handling guest arrivals, departures, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms if needed
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
Previous experience in guest services or front office roles is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
