Responsibilities:
Assemble battery components on the production line
Ensure accuracy in production counts
Adhere to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
Basic math and communication skills
Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous
