Job Description:
The Loom Collection is seeking a Customer Experience Associate – Sales to join our team in Dubai Investment Park 1. As part of our sales team, you will assist customers in their purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience in our luxury furniture showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
Provide excellent customer service in-store and online
Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
Maintain showroom appearance and assist with merchandising
Support order fulfillment and logistics coordination
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience in furniture or luxury goods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
