Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations at our Oxford location. This role involves leading a passionate team, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing day-to-day operations
Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and visual merchandising
Assist in planning in-store events and promotional activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in beauty or wellness
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Passion for natural and organic products
