HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Lead the team of business analysts and the deployment analysts for the Retailer NPS Survey in the Indirect Retail Channel
Lead the cooperation with multiple stakeholders from markets/ regions and global teams (cooperation with +40 markets/ 3 regions)
Develop and deliver necessary training programs for the markets including sharing the good practices across the markets
Advise and align the global stakeholders on the best approach for the development of RNPS tool to increase the business impact, based on the analytics and feedback from the markets
Support Regional and Global teams by sharing key insights coming from the retailers feedback on the markets and escalating the key issues for improvement
Define and implement deployment process for the Retailer NPS Survey and monitor in order to solve any issues. Seek for improvement opportunities
Communicate deployment plans, status, risks with stakeholders. Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation including deployment plan, standard operating procedures etc.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary tasks for deployment and maintenance of the Retailer NPS Survey are completed on schedule
Monitor and track progress of change initiatives and adjust plans as needed. (continuous improvement approach). Provide guidance and support to project team
