Manager Data Insights and Analytics
We are looking for Manager Data Insights and Analytics to join Data Science and Analytics team of Philip Morris Bulgaria EOOD. The right candidate will lead the use of analytics as a critical value driver across our organization by turning data into information, information into an insight and insight into a business decision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a set of performance analysis and data visualizations that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making of the organization.
Regularly present performance results to the management and navigate discussion ,based on learnings and recommendations for pivoting future plans
Act as an advisor and point of contact in terms of analytics expertise and data reading questions of key business partners.
Proactively share actionable data insights, confirmed by market feedback to business stakeholders.
Drive campaign pre and post evaluation in collaboration with project owners and supportive departments.
Supervise reporting solutions and business intelligence tools and keep up to date visual content, according to users feedback.
KEY REQUIRMENTS:
University degree in Economics or Business-related field,
Minimum 5+ years of analytical experience and working in a “big-data” environment,
Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables,
Ability to translate complex data into quantitative insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations,
Ability to communicate effectively and influence diverse audience by clear and actionable messaging,
Strong data-visualization skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian,
Team player with high level of agility and collaboration,
Expertise in benchmarking and reporting/data visualization tools,
Working knowledge with POWER–BI is a must,
Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel,
SQL is an advantage.
