Job Description:
Global Customer Solutions is hiring call center agents to provide customer support for international clients. This position is available for remote work or office-based setups, with full training provided.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Assist customers with troubleshooting and account-related issues
Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement
Meet daily and monthly performance metrics
Qualifications:
High school diploma or college degree preferred
Fluent in English and Filipino
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
