Motor City Manufacturing is hiring Factory Production Workers at our Detroit facility. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality automotive and industrial components. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and assembly line equipment according to company standards
Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet required specifications
Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance
Work as part of a team to meet production quotas and deadlines
Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
Assist with machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting under supervision
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
No previous experience necessary; training provided
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
