Salary: JPY 200,000 - 280,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Providing mobility support (helping elderly move around safely)
Monitoring vital signs and reporting health conditions to nurses
Engaging seniors in recreational and therapeutic activities
Cleaning and maintaining the residents' living environment
Assisting in administering prescribed medications under supervision

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Caregiving preferred)
TESDA Caregiving NCII Certificate is an advantage
No prior experience required, but experience in caregiving or hospital work is preferred
Willing to undergo Japanese language training
Must be physically fit and willing to work shifts, including weekends and nights
