Job Description:
As a Cybersecurity Analyst at SecureNet Solutions, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats. You will monitor security systems, detect vulnerabilities, and implement measures to prevent security breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.
Investigate security incidents and respond to threats in a timely manner.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
Develop and update incident response plans and security policies.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
