WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A university graduate (preferably in field related to IT or relevant)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teams dealing with product, specification management or system connected to consumable specifications

• Overall understanding of product and process principles is required

• Previous experience in functions dealing with systems, product and process are considered a plus, as well as Academic school background on system

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Ensure correctness of specification released through appropriate product and manufacturing process understanding and to establish routine controls to detect eventual mistakes

• Consolidate the need of different functions related to specification set-up and assess its feasibility in the frame of changes or new platform introduction. Consult all SMEs to define the most appropriate spec structure and coordinate the activities of colleagues to ensure specifications are ready on time

• Provide inputs during change management by capturing actions needed to maintain specification up to date, identifying impact on system and providing actions plans and solutions for implementation

• Provide correct consumable specification in the frame of new market launches, ensuring specification are in line with GDH requirement and contain correct information

• Contribute to bundling of changes through impact assessment of modification concerning spec structure and localization. Connect with Regulatory team to verify changes under implementation are in line with requirements and standards in place

• Identify and implement possible improvement of current way of working in the field of master data maintenance, best practices, automation and all initiatives decreasing risk of mistakes or rework

• Carry out all activities according to the defined procedures and ensure that PMI Compliance Policies, standards, and laws relating tothese activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by stakeholders, ensuring full traceability of changes implemented
