Junior Brand Manager (Oikos)
(Fulltime, Location: Hungary, Budapest)

YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Brand Manager (Oikos) will include (but not limited to):
Support and contribute to the leading and building of strong brands for the respective portfolio via being one of the main points of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and animate brand execution fundamentals and cooperate in the innovation pipeline and launch of novelties.
Contribute to the brand strategy and yearly marketing activity plan.
Drive local activation, including ATL (classical media, digital), BTL (PR and events), and FMOT.
Represent the brand within the local organization and in specific projects/topics within the CEE team.
Contribute to financials and administrative tasks, including monitoring and partly managing the brand budget and contributing to efficient spending.
About you
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager (Oikos) with the following profile:
University/College degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related fields
1-2 years in FMCG marketing or trade marketing
Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
Strong in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Nielsen
Marketing competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on opportunities
Flexible personality with a willingness to learn new things through experimenting
