Position Overview:

As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager to maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory control in our new Green Field Food Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Keep precise records of all stock movements, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies. Oversee cycle counts and periodic stock checks.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) guidelines, and regulatory requirements for stock handling and storage.
Operational Support: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient flow of goods, supporting optimal service delivery and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of inventory management systems.
Proficiency in SAP for stock management transactions.
Familiarity with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards.
Strong ability to track and report stock levels accurately.
Experience:
Proven experience in stock control or a similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of food safety practices and good warehousing methods.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across various teams.
