Position Overview:
The Medical Delegate plays a key role in ethically promoting Nestlé Infant Nutrition products within the designated territory. This involves providing healthcare professionals and institutions with accurate information about the products, highlighting their features, benefits, and appropriate use, particularly when breastfeeding is not an option. The role ensures compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé policies, and local regulations, fostering advocacy for both branded and unbranded solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze information about the Infant Nutrition market, competitors, healthcare systems, pharmacies, and retail environments. This information supports decision-making processes for the business.

Territory Management: Segment key healthcare professionals, institutions, and pharmacies within the territory. Develop a strategy, schedule visits, and plan routes to ensure efficient coverage and meet business goals.

Communication: Represent Nestlé’s values, purpose, and principles. Provide healthcare professionals with in-depth knowledge of infant nutrition and feeding practices to differentiate Nestlé’s offerings from competitors, encouraging advocacy for our products and services.

Support: Address requests from the healthcare system to provide ongoing medical education and equipment, fostering long-term, responsible relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field activities and data to ensure proper documentation and analysis. This includes tracking the outcomes of visits, providing relevant feedback, and ensuring compliance.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local regulations in all activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
A background in Clinical Dietetics or Nutrition.
0-3 years of experience, ideally within a healthcare or nutrition-related role.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
Must be based in Qassim City.
