Job Description
JCB is looking for motivated Assembly Operatives to join its manufacturing team in Rocester. The role involves assembling construction machinery components in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools
Work on a production line, following standard operating procedures
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy in assembly
Follow health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical fitting preferred
Ability to work shifts, including early, late, or night shifts
Good hand-eye coordination and basic mechanical skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
