About the Job:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Elderly Care Workers to join healthcare teams across Germany. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of elderly individuals, providing assistance with daily living activities, and offering emotional and physical support.

Responsibilities:
Assist elderly individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders and help with basic medical tasks.
Support mobility, including assistance with walking or transferring from bed to wheelchair.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Monitor health conditions and report changes to medical professionals or family members.
Maintain cleanliness and comfort in the home environment.
Ensure patient safety and dignity at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care or a similar caregiving role.
Previous experience in caregiving for elderly people is highly preferred.
Basic German language skills (A1-A2 level) are required. We will provide language support for successful applicants.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping the elderly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Germany.
Health certificate and clear background check (criminal record).
Completion of caregiving courses or training (optional but a plus).
