Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent
Develop and implement employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in collaboration with department managers
Design and facilitate training programs, including new employee orientations, policy training, and service culture workshops
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development opportunities
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead health and safety initiatives and chair related committees
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
Act as an internal consultant, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee satisfaction
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and resilience in the face of changing priorities and challenges
