Job Description
We are seeking skilled and entry-level refinery operators to join our team at the Baytown Refinery. This role involves working in a fast-paced industrial environment to ensure the safe and efficient processing of petroleum products.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary: Competitive pay based on experience ($70,000 – $100,000 per year, including overtime)

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor refinery processing units
Adjust equipment settings to maintain safe and efficient operations
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
Follow strict safety and environmental protocols
Collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of plant operations

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in process technology preferred
Previous experience in refining, petrochemical, or industrial operations is an advantage
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in high-temperature environments and perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-outs
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in process technology or refinery operations
Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Experience with OSHA and environmental regulations
