Receptionist - SkyParks Business Centre

Malta International Airport plc is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about working with people within an Airport environment, is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the SykParks Business Centre.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that at all times, service is provided in a courteous manner, with a positive attitude and willingness to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations.
Answer and forward phone calls to appropriate individuals and tenants.
Greet clients and visitors and escort them to their respective meeting locations.
Manage car park pay station.
Handle the key management system.
Handle the access control system.
Process all incoming mail.
Manage meeting room bookings.
Coordinate staff parking payments and billing.
Work independently and collaboratively on assigned tasks.
To care for a spotlessly clean environment throughout the airport.
To promote a positive image of the Company.
To communicate shortcomings immediately to the responsible department or person when noticed and ensure that the appropriate action is taken.
To conform to the Occupational Health & Safety Authority Act, ACT XXVII of 2000 and subsidiary legislations.
To perform any other duties and/or required tasks which are designated by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle phone calls, greet visitors, and manage bookings.
Strong organizational skills to process mail and coordinate services.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail to maintain a clean and professional environment.
