Job Summary:
FedEx Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. This role involves coordinating inventory control, shipping/receiving, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure OSHA compliance.
Train and mentor warehouse employees.
Optimize warehouse layouts for efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and manage workflow processes.
Requirements:
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.
